I do agree on Rio losing it's shine with high schoolers at lunch time and after school - any and all high schoolers. You may also find more kids doing drugs there. That's what the shopping center near our high school faces every day. Kids in stairwells in medical buildings which are walkable from the school. They had to put a security guard in one entrance to chase these kids out. [/quote]
