My kid was deferred from a similar T20 school - didn’t ED2 - got professional help on loci (as well as RD apps) and was admitted in RD to the original school and several others.
Similar stats if not worse.

I posted that post about hiring a professional IEC for app reviews /LOCI after a deferral. I hired a firm mentioned here - don’t think there was an “original thread”. 
Don’t want to advertise though bc of annoying trolls like PP.
