BS.  You gave up the game when you said a few hot meals made people dependent.

The cafeteria workers have low wages and some are probably on SNAP.   This gives them a few extra paid hours.

Other staff (principals, syphax)  are salaried and won’t benefit.

But see how the goodness of this keeps moving to make it just undeniably the bestest way... it's to help feed APS families in need... it's to feed APS families and anyone else in need... it's to feed everyone in need and increase earnings for low paid workers...
