[/quote] I just listened to an interview with a D1 Coach, he gave similar advice. They have taken female players from EDP level, because they are playing and they had marketed themselves very well. That is hard to do if you are on the bench in a high level league. He said they are looking at more than just highlights from Showcases where he knows everyone will get playtime.
