I read that he considers gender and sexuality to be a spectrum for all people and definitely believes he has a feminine side, but that at present he identifies as heterosexual with primary attraction to women. But he is a strong LGBTQ ally in any case.

Bold choice for a Latino to tattoo a butterfly next to a rainbow. In spanish, the word for butterfly is slang for gay. I don't know or care if he is gay, but it's certainly strange that he'd tattoo this when he's not gay. It'd be like a white American tattooing a fairy and a rainbow or a British man tattooing a cigarette and a rainbow.
