I'm not trying to diminish the idea that people of color are often viewed as less competent than equally competent white people in every profession, including school leaders. That's real and it sucks. But that's not what's going on in this particular instance. PA is truly a disaster and I think the people calling her out aren't doing so because of her race. [/quote]
