Need based aid is not going to change (and the top schools do not give merit aid) Merit aid is found at the 2nd tier schools and below[/quote] Yes and those "2nd Tiered Schools" include schools ranked in the 40s and 50s+. So you don't have to go "far" to get it. [/quote]
