He's a good man.[/quote]He should get an ITIN from IRS and pay income taxes. You (and your neighbors) should be generating 1099s to report his income from each of you. FWIW - This is one of the privacy issues between IRS and Homeland Security - the undocumented are required to and have been paying taxes using ITINs. Part of the reason IRS has gone through so many Commissioners this year. They get told by Counsel they can't legally comply with DHS's blanket requests and don't feel like going to jail over it.
