Nope nope nope. You have it wrong. The divorce went public and Starstruck (Brandon's Dady's firm) sued her for breech of oral management contract in LA seeking additional commission money including future commissions claiming they made her a star. This is where Blake Shelton starts the "oh shit -- let me look at my books" and quietly gets rid of Brandon who was also his BFF.

She then filed a labor dispute in LA a few months after they tried to sue her and won that though that took years to get through and he appealed it then settled it outside of court in 2024. He had been dealing with his diagnosis for a few years by then. [/quote]
