He was awarded a 1.3 million dollar payment as per the prenup. He was also awarded child support, and alimony until Jan 2024. He wanted the Montana ranch and fought for that but was unsuccessful. He then bought his own small ranch in Montana in 2022 after his cancer diagnosis to be near his extended family. In 2024 he was found guilty of acting as her agent without an agent license and was required to pay back the earnings he made as her agent. [/quote]
