These workers do not pay taxes to USA or tariffs to USA. Tech workers in USA on H one B visas, are paid low wages in USA in dollars by American owners sitting in USA, and they pay taxes in USA. India is a huge market, it can consume whatever cheap product it produces. The only economy that is tanking is USA. And the beauty of USA is that it is filled with criminals and people with guns.
