What matters most at those ages is college recruiting. I don’t like it but it’s a fact of how it works today. The best coaches are the ones who best position players for college. Winning is less important than getting good highlight reels, establishing relationships, getting more playing time (at the expense of your teammates). Hate the game not the player.[/quote]
