[/quote] This is VPSL not ECNL. ECNL outsourced the management of the VA ECRL leagues to VPSL. A Its run so different and so much worse than the rest of ECRL. don't even follow all the ECNL rules like no re-substitution within a half.[/quote] I actually think it is a good thing that they don't follow the no re-substitution within a half rule. All that rule does is make it harder for the bench to get playing time. I'm glad the ECRL teams have more flexibility to get players into the game. But I agree that the new divisions are awful and just create a bunch of unnecessary travel.[/quote]
