You are misplacing the blame.

It rests solely on the money grubbing, moral-deficient greedy doctors who implant a litter of babies into unstable women knowing that is does not happen naturally and is dangerous for all involved.

That's not Kate's thing, doctors didn't implant embryos via IVF. She's sketchy on the details but she was on a drug regimen to ovulate and doctors told her to abstain during a period of time to prevent something like higher order multiples from happening. Most sane people would follow protocol and listen to that, they did not. There's a reason the Octomom doctor had his license stripped (he DID do IVF with a bunch of embryos) and no one even knows who Kate's doctor was. They didn't do anything wrong, the Gosselins acted against medical advice. [/quote]
