If you eat the eggs every day, eventually cholesterol WILL become a problem.
That has been debunked like a million times. It’s just not true.
+1 I don't know why people would come on here and so confidentially say things that aren't true. Like, if you aren't positive, don't post. My cardiologist agrees with this poster that there is no proof that dietary cholesterol is bad for our hearts. He also prescribes and I take a statin. Zero side effects after 20 years. Cholesterol is crazy low (but I have terrible family history) and he tells me to enjoy as many eggs as I would like for breakfast. I just so happen to have two every morning. I also have yogurt and half an avocado.
Ha. Come on- he’s a quack. You are on a station for crying out loud. That’s the only thing keeping it in check with the eggs. Depending on the person- eggs do pose a risk. I’m one of them. I can keep cholesterol down when I cut out whole eggs and saturated fats and take psyllium husk. The last time I started daily eggs my ldl went through the roof (low triglycerides and high HDL)- but the ldl level was high.
We should definitely trust your anecdotal experience (sample size of one) over a cardiologist and medical research. I love the irony of you calling ANYONE a quack.
