Not the poster you're responding to, but no drippy hair either. Why are these the only two choices? Doesn't anyone remember formal occasion updos? I guess we have forgotten that those are classic with all the RHOBH hair and what Kate did (hair down). Remember Grace Kelly?[/quote]

I can't do an updo. If I try and grow my curly hair long, it grows out horizontally and vertically in all directions, not down my back like Kate's did.

When I was a bride, I had a short wavy hair style as did my curly haired bridesmaid.

My hair has never and will never look like Grace Kelly's hair. [/quote]
