I love the ones that dare to say MERRY CHRISTMAS instead of the more commonplace Happy Holidays, Season's Greetings, etc.
We've frankly gone this route again. We have no problem with receiving Jewish New Year cards, or Chinese New Year cards, or Kwanzaa cards from our friends who celebrate these holidays. We don't expect them to "hide" their beliefs, and we don't hide ours anymore either. Merry Christmas! And to weigh in on the original debate - I love holiday cards, all of them. Handwritten note or no. Expensive card stock or cheapies. Whatever. I'm glad you thought of me and my family and it warms my heart to think of you when I receive your card.
