Gen Z boys were reacting to the DEI and identity politics that Democrats were espousing for the last 10 years. Think of it from their perspective. It's just that Democrats went out of their way to antagonize young men. They are as appalled by Trump as everyone, but they feel unwelcome among progressives and the Democratic Party. [/quote]

not really- I have nephews who are south asian males and they are squarely in this camp. they are UMC and have been hearing about 'girl power' and boys are too "negative trait here" all there lives and they are SOOO over it plus they think the whole women can have it all is not working and that government is not working and whatever the old people in government have been doing is a scam. these are kids who are going to grad school at ivies or med school , so  they have very promising futures and they hate trump b/c he is creating instability but they also hate ALL of the democrats.  so I think its spot on and include black young men in here as well. they think the democrats are demented scam artists and the repeublicans are just a-holes but at least they aren't liars like the dems who lie and pretend they aren't scammers.
