Would love to know your thoughts, especially about the allocation of the inheritance. Also, event though we just bought this house, we may possibly try to sell in a year. A job transfer may be on the horizon. We are worried about the loss we would entail. Our income has been at this rate for about 2 years, before it was about $38,000, so we're kinda just learning how to properly handle these finances.[/quote]
