A raft of legislation severely restricting the power of the Executive and Judicial Branch. End qualified immunity. End civil forfeiture. Enact moderate gun control measures. Take power back on tariffs and military power.

Restore the IRS so that taxes can be collected effectively and rich people can't cheat. Restore the NOAA, EPA, research grants.

Expansion of the House of Representatives. Expansion of the Supreme Court along with legislation preventing GOP from changing it again.

I honestly don't want to see more time-wasting retribution. I want to see a more representative union and a legislature that's not a den of corruption and a rubber stamp for the Executive. Nothing would make me happier than the next Administration to say they are trying their best to represent all Americans and they aren't going to waste precious time and energy on the previous one.[/quote]

I am justing to say, remember the plan to make DC multiple states to take control of the Senate and ram through legislation? How did that work out?[/quote]
