Maybe the PP was referring to pardoned January 6 criminals who then went on to commit new crimes.

-Daniel Ball: Pardoned for throwing objects at officers. Faced a federal gun charge for possessing a firearm as a felon.
-David Daniel: Pardoned for assaulting police. Faces child pornography charges in North Carolina.
-Matthew Huttle: Pardoned for entering restricted grounds. Killed by police Jan 2025 in Indiana during a traffic stop while armed and resisting.
-Guy Reffitt: Pardoned for obstruction and threats. Faces a prior gun silencer charge (released, trial pending).
-Emily Hernandez: Pardoned for Capitol riot role. Sentenced to 10 years (Jan 2025) for a 2022 drunk-driving crash killing a woman.
