[/quote] I am concerned but not terrified for myself: I am not a citizen but am here legally. My home country is (for now anyway) a stable democracy. We are preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. I am heart broken for my adopted country to be falling apart so quickly. I hope the damage to democracy, rule of law, federal government, partnerships with traditional Western democratic allies, evidence bas d policies and world class research is reparable but not sure anymore.
