I’ve worked in the homeless advocacy world for decades and I can assure you that it’s easy to spot someone suffering from serious mental illness by looking at their face…and you definitely can tell within five minutes of conversation or by reading a file…or in this case skimming a few articles and seeing the pictures.

Regardless, scaling a fence to set the governor’s house on fire speaks volumes. [/quote]
