Yes this plus young professionals working in non profits or government.  Safe, affordable housing for people that wanted to live in the city with metro access in nice smaller apartments without super high incomes.  I don’t know that type of working class or middle income apartment housing has been replaced.  They all have to move to MD and VA now.[/quote]
