The knowledge of her existence isn’t something you can control but you can enforce the boundary with your mom and resume no contact. Make sure you have a plan for managing your mental health during this time…your last trauma and postpartum hormones can be a doozy. Lean on your support network. Remember your past is not your future.[/quote]
