As someone who grew up working at Victoria's Secret during the peak mall years, IMO, this is Target trying to protect their conversion rates as much as possible (the number of people who enter the store during a time period vs. sales during that time period). We at VS dreaded Friday and Saturday nights because all the tweens & teens would come in to browse & play with makeup but not buy. It threw our conversion off so much and then the manager would get angry emails from the District Supervisor each Monday because they would get yelled at by corporate, ha.

My insurance has a huge hard-on for Target and gives me like zero options for pharmacies and opticians not inside of a Target. Super annoying. [/quote]
