The problem/reason people are raising alarms is that there is zero due process/accountability.  It’s not just illegals being detained.  I’m pretty sure other countries will issue a warning to not travel to the US if their citizens keep being detained. See TikTok link above. [/quote]

Kind of like there was zero due process/accountability upon entry.  The last administration just waved them in across the border or better yet, flew them in, in the dead of night into interior sections of the country.
