THIS!  They groom a few key boys they can show off, and ignore the rest.  Just watch a practice.  Practice after practice, he creates groups, shouts out a drill to do, creates teams for the scrimmage, but field full of boys with no coaching, just drilling / scrimmaging among themselves.  Sometimes a random assitant coach is placed somewhere but never SAYS anthing.  And Sal focus on a small group of 10-15 of his favorites -- they are the better ones.  For them, they get your own private training, stay on Sal's good side (boy and parents), and you get to start and play most of the game.  Rest are revenue.[/quote]

Right, he went from being an average player in high school soccer and not dominating high school soccer, in the DMV to being on the first team at Eintracht Frankfurt which is 3rd in the Bundesliga right now.  BRO are you serious???  He's in the academy and trying to establish himself in the academy.  That will be a hard task for him, especially in that system.  He played for 30 minutes in a u17 game this past weekend.  He is light years away from the first team.  FACTS.  No amount of hype on Instagram can hide the truth or the skills.  [/quote]
