We got quotes from reputable builders including most of the you've listed ranging from 215-350 Sq foot. So no, you need to shop around and not just focus on the most well known builders. [/quote] Say you paid the $350 a foot on a 6000 sq ft house. That's still $600k profit for the builder. [/quote]
