To illustrate this further, if they have 56,000 applicants and 7,000 spots and an overall yield of 25% (totally making that number up), they need to accept 4 times the number of spots or 28,000 to fill the class. They always give the total number of applicants vs class size because it makes the school look super competitive, but it’s all about the yield.[/quote] +100000[/quote]
