This is false.[/quote] The weather channel for Rockville MD. Showing snow starting around 1-2pm Tuesday. a total accumulation of 1-3 inches. Then stopping. Starting again on Wednesday but turning pretty quickly into rain with no snow accumulation expected. So yeah-mostly rain. And it will be above freezing too so unlikely to stick. [/quote]
