Our guidelines are thousands of pages long, written in lawyer speak and sometimes dont make sense or are contradictory. Even a search tool can land hundreds of results and it can take significant time to find the specific section you're looking for if you need to review something. I'm so grateful for those above me who can help provide insight when I'm stuck on a complex issue.[/quote]
