Trump didn't get the majority of votes and was very far from the "majority of the country". The orange trd got 49.8% of votes (vs. 48.3%) ~30% of possible voters ~23% of the country [/quote] Take out Cali and it looks quite different [/quote] Why would we do that? If anything, California and the productive blue states should have many more electoral votes than they do, but for some reason we allot them to the empty land in welfare queen red states.
