Our Safeway is lower cost than Giant or Wegmans or Whole Foods (the other options near us). It is large, clean, bright, well stocked and well staffed. So we shop there all the time. It sounds like OP lives near a dud though. Maybe OP should complain to the Corporate office - complaints directly to the local store are a waste of time. [/quote]
