In my office, I'm by far the most likely person to have kids disrupting the calls. But in those cases, I'm almost always on sick leave, but dialing in to meetings that couldn't be rescheduled. Few others have young kids. We used to have a very good environment for young families, but the Biden years have been surprisingly rough. Oddly, I think it was due to policies pushed by the women agency heads.[/quote]
