University Park, Pennsylvania is the main campus of Penn State, but the PP was referring to College Park, Maryland, where the main campus of the University of Maryland is located. The PP is wishing that the University of Maryland would do rolling admissions like Penn State does. [/quote]

And University Park is a neighborhood adjacent to UMD but UMD writes College Park, not University Park.[/quote]
