That makes no sense.
A strong club will have strong players trying out on Day 1 and they won’t wait when they see a good fit on first day. 
Sure they may leave a few slots open if they are waiting for a player who was at invite-clinics to attend the following day, but they aren’t holding all offers until Sunday or Monday. That would be insane bc the club would not want to risk that strong players would assume they weren’t interested and might accept at a different club before the offer comes in.[/quote]

Let me put it differently, maybe it makes more sense. MVSA announced during the tryouts that they want to see all the players before they send out offers. Players who want to get on the MVSA roster will not feel offended for not receiving an offer from MVSA after the first day of tryouts. They are not going to accept an offer from a different club just because it came their way earlier. [/quote]
