I used to drink moderately, and drank heavily for a short period of time as a young adult. Over time, it was increasingly difficult for me to metabolize alcohol (well, everything, but especially alcohol). I didn't feel well for multiple days after drinking moderately/heavily. I'm now in my late 40s. I still like the taste of some alcohol, and enjoy a drink maybe once a month. I'll have multiple drinks maybe once a year. [/quote]
