Not much to be done other than clean it up, plus nothing was actually ruined since I don't have hardwood under my appliances, and even if I did, the floor is covered by, you know, the appliances. As for the cock roaches, I have never had any of those despite the mess under the appliances. Maybe your house/condo is just old and in need of a deep, deep, deep clean and regular fumigation.
