But it's 100% in their interest and not the students, as usual. SCEA blocks kids from applying EA to all kinds of schools. Why do they care if a kid wants to apply EA to ND? Instead what happens is kids take the bait, do SCEA, and have nothing but a Pitt acceptance in December. It just adds stress. Offer EA or ED, but this SCEA is for the birds[/quote] They likely don't want an applicant applying EA to HYPSM at the same time. You can already game the process as is. For instance, apply SCEA to Princeton and use your EA at UVA, UMich, Georgia Tech, etc. [/quote]
