It’s very hard to get a job, pay is generally higher and it’s hit or miss depending on the supervisor. We found a lot of flexibility with the work at home. You make have to work odd hours but can take off for doctor apt or something else and it’s no big deal. They are doing a lot of hires in other countries where they can pay less. Same with new hires.
