Your sister's exercise and weight has nothing to do with you or your worth. I think you need to examine why you are so competitive with her, probably with a therapist. I’m one of the posters eating about 1400-1500 a day but I am in my 50s and don’t exercise a ton. You said your sister runs 5-10 miles a day and yet only eats about 1300 calories (and I’m guessing isn’t menopausal yet)—-that’s really disordereed. She should be more in the range of 1800-2200 depending on her size and metabolism if she’s running 5 miles a day. If she’s running 10 a day, should be even more.
