NP. Your post is daft and insulting at the same time. Having learning disabilities doesn’t make a person reckless about children’s safety. Selfishness and stupidity do that. [/quote]

PP here. I'm not trying to be in shutting at all. I don't know the nature of her learning disabilities or her level of cognitive functioning; but she definitely has a history of learning issues, reckless behavior, and impulsivity, any of which could contribute to poor decisions. [/quote]
