I work with many others in different public universities. If you haven’t personally experienced dysfunction, that doesn’t mean it isn’t raging behind the scenes. Some sections can be decently run and mostly work and you can get lucky with a smooth ride for four years. But, other sections are going to be a sh$t show. It’s the nature of the beast.[/quote]
