It's pretty clear she had an attorney and negotiated a settlement agreement with the District, read this:

This looks like a low hanging fraud case, but maybe her lawyer was able to convince the District that their were holes in their case and litigation risk.

If you read the Settlement Agreement it is very clear that she isn't even fired! She has to have $750 amounts withheld from her District paycheck and attend Ethics training  :shock:  :lol:  :x [/quote]
