Well, investment banking is something different obviously.

I am not wondering about EA’s for high stress roles in Fortune 500 companies or for government roles with clearance.

I am discussing the fluff EA roles where you don’t work over 40 hours/ a week like for  small nonprofits, organizations, charities, advocacy groups. No grant writing involved. Literally just scheduling and booking flights and such and getting paid 100k for minimal work.

How does one luck up with a job like this?  I want an easy  job that pays very well and doesn’t require much/won’t distract me from studying.

It sounds like you are devalue the work of an EA, which if done correctly is SO much more than what you are describing. The work you are talking about is not a career position, and those are what pay over 100K. [/quote]
