I love Nancy Pelosi’s style and I aspire to it. But I don’t think KH can pull it off, or should.

I agree with the PP who said KH plays it safe and doesn’t let her clothes speak for her. That’s the right call for where she is, when she’s still working to be “heard.” NP was in a more secure position, so she could afford to make some statements without risking them drowning out her actual voice.

KH should and probably will continue to keep it boring. Maybe a pop of color, an eye catching accessory (brooch, necklace, prob not earrings because you know), or a unique blouse under a remarkable jacket like today. She can break out the designers and fun stuff in her second term. [/quote]
