There are some kids in K and 1 (already mastered addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and place value) now in grade 2 and 3 (and still working on grade level with place value)? When will the evaluation begin and end? There are children in MCPS at this level and not far behind condemned to help MCPS artificially reduce the achievement gap![/quote]
