Stop lying.

The only churches he's shut down are the Russian orthodox churches which everyone has known for decades were basically run by an arm of the KGB.  There have been numerous cases of Russian orthodox churches in Ukraine operating as bases for FSB spies.

There are plenty of Ukrainian orthodox churches as well as Catholic churches and synagogues and many other places of worship where people of faith can go and freely pray and practice their religion.
