(p. 70): If any events of an All-Star Meet cannot be swum on the date originally scheduled, the events shall be canceled and not rescheduled. Awards (but not points) for any events not swum shall be made based on the meet’s final seeding. Team trophies for the All-Star Relay Carnival shall be awarded based on the results of completed events but shall not be awarded unless at least 12 events have been swum. [/quote]
